What we collect and why
When you apply
Your name, email, Instagram handle, your answers, the country your connection comes from, and which link or ad brought you. We use it to decide which path fits you and to answer you. We do it because you agree to it on the form.
When you buy
Your name, email, phone number, whether you have a business, any discount code, the country your connection comes from, and which link or ad brought you. We use it to take your payment and deliver your order. We need it to do what we agreed. Stripe handles your card. We never see your card number.
After you buy
What you write on your order page (when you can meet, your yes to the first version, a refund request), the recording and transcript of your call, and the footage you send us. We use it only to build and deliver your system. We record the call only if you say OK at the start.
When you write to us
Your name, email, topic, message, and the page you wrote from. We use it to answer you.
Payment records
Invoices and payment records, because tax law makes us keep them.
Server logs
Our host logs your IP address and browser for a short time to keep the site running and safe.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use advertising pixels or tracking cookies on this site right now. If that changes, we'll ask you first and update this page.
- We don't make automated decisions about you that have legal effects.
Who helps us
These companies process data for us, only for the job below:
- Vercel hosts the site and stores forms and orders (in Frankfurt, Germany).
- Stripe takes payments and sends receipts.
- jsDelivr delivers the video player code, so it sees your IP address when the video loads.
- AI tools (for example Anthropic's Claude) help our team build your system from your call notes.
- A booking tool (for example Calendly), if we send you a link to book your call. It gets what you enter there.
- Our team members who work on your order.
Some of these companies are based in the US. Data sent to them is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and browser storage
We don't set cookies. Your browser stores one small note so the pop-up doesn't show again. Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page to prevent fraud.
How long we keep it
- Applications and messages: 12 months after we last spoke, unless you become a client.
- Orders: while we work together, then 2 years.
- Call recordings, transcripts and footage: deleted 12 months after delivery, sooner if you ask.
- Invoices and payment records: 10 years, as Slovenian tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, get a copy to take elsewhere, or object to how we use it. Where you gave consent, you can take it back anytime. Write to admentor.info@gmail.com. We answer within a month.
You can also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority, the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si), or the authority in your country.
Age
rogelj.si is for people aged 18 and over.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes we'll tell you about on your order page.
