Who sells
Freedom is sold by AdMentor, marketing in svetovanje, Filip Rogelj s.p., Srednja vas pri Šenčurju 51A, 4208 Šenčur, Slovenia, registration number 9525815000, tax number 77096592, VAT ID SI77096592, trading as rogelj.si.
What you buy
Freedom is a service: a call of about an hour, then a system built for you from that call and the footage you send us, delivered about a week after the call. What's included is listed on the product page. It's not a course and not financial advice.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the product page and at checkout, in euros. You pay once, through Stripe. Taxes are calculated at checkout. Your own domain, tool subscriptions and ad spend are paid by you, directly to those providers. Plan an ad budget of up to €300 for the first month.
Delivery
We aim to deliver about 7 days after your call. That depends on you sending your footage. If you don't send it within 3 days of the call, we'll contact you, and we may deliver what we can from the call alone.
If we don't connect on the call
If either side feels it isn't a fit on the call, we stop there and refund the full amount.
21-day refund
If Freedom isn't working for you, ask for a refund on your order page, or write to us, within 21 days of the day you bought it. You get the full amount back, to the card you paid with, within 10 working days.
This is on top of your legal right, as an EU consumer, to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Our 21 days is longer, so you can use either.
No earnings promise
We build systems. We don't promise income or results. What it earns depends on your message, your market and your work.
Who owns what
You own what we deliver to you, your accounts, your domain and your customers. We keep the templates and methods we build with.
Your data
We record your call, with your OK at the start, so we can build your system. We use your details, the recording and your footage only to deliver your order. We don't sell them. Ask us anytime to see or delete what we hold. Everything else is in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers
Earnings. Anything we say about what's possible is not a promise of what you'll earn. Most people who start anything online earn little or nothing. Your results depend on you.
Not advice. Nothing on this site or in our calls is financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Platforms. This site is not part of the Facebook or Instagram websites or Meta Platforms, Inc., and is not endorsed by Meta in any way. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. This site is also not part of or endorsed by Google, YouTube or TikTok. Their names are trademarks of their owners.
Ads. If your system runs ads, the ad platforms' own rules apply, and they can reject ads or close accounts. We help you stay inside those rules, but we don't control them.
Your legal rights
Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country. Slovenian law applies, and disputes go to the courts of Slovenia. If you live in another EU country, you keep the consumer protections of your country's law and can also bring a claim in your own courts.
